Your cool-down should consist of a few minutes of light, low-intensity exercise that can include any of the following: 1)
A moderate full-body stretch for about six minutes. 2)
A light, casual walk on the treadmill for perhaps five minutes. 3) Some light, easy calisthenics: jumping jacks, toe- touches, etc. 4) Five minutes on the stepper at a low, easy-paced level.Good Luck! |
