You are now entering a Team into the MiniEco’S.
This system forces a'Bulk Entry' option. Make sure you have ALL yours and your team mates personal details e.g. email, cell, medical aid details before you proceed, otherwise your ‘Team Entry’ will not be accepted.
I/We/Team agree to the following as conditions of participation in the MiniEco’S Series event. I/We also hereby release and forever discharge MiniEco’S ROC and all sponsoring organisations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and landowners from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my/our participant in MiniEco’S Series. I/we agree to abide by all MiniEco’S Series regulations.
If you are registering a child under the age of 18 you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf and by proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Agreement and Waiver shall apply equally to all Registered Parties.
Once your entry has been completed and accepted Race Organisers will not refund entry fees if you are unable to participate for any reason.
ROC reserves the right to any information that is provided.

YOU ALL UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT IS POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS, AND THAT A REGISTERED PARTY SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE UNLESS THEY ARE MEDICALLY ABLE AND PROPERLY TRAINED. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT EVENTS MAY BE HELD OVER PUBLIC ROADS AND FACILITES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC DURING THE EVENT AND UPON WHICH HAZARDS ARE TO BE EXPECTED. PARTICIPATION CARRIES WITH IT CERTAIN INHERENT RISKS THAT CANNOT BE ELIMINATED COMPLETELY RANGING FROM MINOR INJURIES TO CATASTROPHIC INJURIES INCLUDING DEATH. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT, YOU AND ANY REGISTERED PARTY, THE HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS OF YOU OR THE REGISTERED PARTY DO HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND CONVENANT NOT TO SUE ACTIVE FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT BY YOU OR ANY REGISTERED PARTY."
I/We/Team agrees to receive information about events via email & sms.
I/We/Team hereby grant to MiniEco’S and all of its sponsors and partners all right, title and interest in and to any videotape, photographs or other reproduction of Our/Team images in any format, captured in connection with our participation in the MiniEco’S Series for use in connection with broadcasting, advertising, exhibitions, websites, promotions, training materials or otherwise.
